Sweeter Heater processes all online orders through our website using a secure credit card processing company (SQUARE). We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Am Ex and Discover
Would you like to purchase more than 10 heaters? Give us a call for special order arrangements, questions or other credit card information. Normal office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
Looking for an alternate way to pay? Checks and Money Orders are accepted and must be received and cleared before shipment.
The date of shipment from the factory is used to determine warranty period if claims are not accompanied by proof of purchase. Infratherm is not liable for loss or damage resulting from alterations, misuse or abuse of the products. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product and excludes consequential and special damages.
For requested returns, a refund of less $25 restocking fee will be issued, if the heater(s) is returned in the condition it was shipped.
